Printing & Finishing Options

Printing

Kappa box printing can be done using digital or offset printing, depending on the order quantity and design requirements.

Kappa boxes are fully customizable in terms of size, shape, and overall structure. Each box is designed according to the product it will hold and the brand experience it needs to deliver.

  • MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)

    For smaller boxes, the minimum order starts at 200 pieces, while larger boxes start at 100 pieces. Depending on the size, color, and variation, the specifics will vary. Note that for lower quantities, digital printing is used, which may slightly increase the cost, unlike larger offset-printed batches.

  • Prototyping Costs

    The cost for a prototype of a smaller box is ₹1,000 including pan-India shipping, while for a larger box it’s ₹1,500 including shipping. If the box has a unique shape, there may be a few joints in the prototype as large sheets aren’t printed digitally. The prototyping fee includes GST, and about 60% of this fee will be deducted from the final order cost if the order is placed.

  • Production Time and Delivery

    For prototyping, the production time is around 7 working days, depending on the box size and finish. The final production usually takes 3 to 4 weeks based on quantity and finishing details. Delivery will be arranged accordingly after production.
